Coffee Flan (Bánh gan)

♥ Ingredients:
(1 10-inch cake )

6 duck eggs (I used large chicken eggs)
½ cup (120 ml) brewed Vietnamese coffee or espresso
½ cup (120 ml) coconut milk
⅓ cup (80 ml) sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp (10 g) tapioca starch
1 pack (2 ½ tsp) single acting baking powder
⅔ packed cup (150 g) brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
¼ tsp salt
Oil for greasing the cake pan

♥ Nguyên liệu:
(1 bánh đường kính 25cm )

6 trứng vịt (Vân dùng 6 trứng gà loại to)
½ cup (120 ml) cà phê Việt Nam chế bằng phin (Vân dùng espresso)
½ cup (120 ml) nước cốt dừa
⅓ cup (80 ml) sữa ông Thọ
1 tbsp (10 g) muỗng canh bột năng
1 gói (2 ½ tsp) bột nổi Alsa
⅔ cup nén (150 g) đường vàng
1 khúc quế
¼ tsp muỗng cà phê muối
Dầu thoa khuôn
